I forgot my outlook email password; how do I reset it?

 


Did you forget the password for an email account created on a domain hosted with one.com? Then read this guide on how to get a new one.

Are you the administrator of the hosting subscription? - Then you can change the passwords for all email accounts on your domain in the one.com control panel.

If you don't have access to the control panel and you forgot your email password, you can send a change password request to the administrator by following these steps:

  1. Open the forgot password page, type in the email address for which you need a new password, and click Send.
  1. The administrator of the hosting subscription will now receive an email from "robot@one.com" with the following subject: "Reset the password for (your-email-address)". The email is sent to the contact email address.
  1. Ask the administrator to reset the password and then to give you the new password, so you can log into Webmail.
