How much storage can I get in my mailbox?
A standard email account has up to 3 GB of storage. All hosting plans, except Email-only, come with unlimited email accounts. Your total usage should be within the web storage included in your plan.
If you have a Guru plan, there is no limit to the size of an
email account other than the web storage included in your plan.
What
if I need more space?
If you need more space for email, you can buy 25 GB Extra email
storage per account or unlimited extra storage for all accounts on the domain.
The extra space will come on top of the storage space included in your hosting
plan.
Don't worry about using too much space. If your account grows
above 3 GB, we will notify you via email when your subscription is almost up
for renewal. In the meantime, your account will keep working as usual.

Where can I manage
my email accounts?
You manage your email accounts in the cloudresolve.net
control panel. Click on the Email tile to open mail administration and create,
edit and delete email accounts and aliases. Also, set up forwards, change your
password, enable the spam filter and set up a catch-all address.

Extra features such as Premium Mail
Additionally, you can enable or disable
extra paid features. You enable them for per account unless it's already
included in your plan.

Manage settings in Webmail
Once you have created an email address,
you can also manage settings for that account in Webmail. Some actions,
like changing a password you can do both in Webmail and the control panel.
Other actions are only available in Webmail.
- Set up an out-of-office reply

- Manage your calendar
- Block emails from a specific address
Send and receive email in a client
You can set up your email account in a
client such as Outlook with IMAP and SMTP protocols, allowing you to read and
send emails outside Webmail. Note that you always need to manage your settings
in either the control panel or Webmail.
